Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. ISO/AS9100 internal auditing.
2. Communicate with management, supervisors, and employees concerning quality issues.
3. Review specifications from external organizations and ensure adherence in procedures.
4. Laboratory hardness testing back-up.
5. Perform daily verification tests on hardness testing equipment in Tool & Die.
6. Complete required quality assurance paperwork.
7. Review and administer changes to Quality Management System documentation.
8. Manage the internal Document Control Master List.
9. Assist training functions as directed.
10. Work alongside HR to oversee company training programs for Heat Treating, Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, etc.
11. Internal Calibration of Micrometers.
12. Tracking calibrations done by outside services.
13. Ensure security and proper use of company equipment, tooling and supplies.
14. Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, and maintains an ongoing awareness of safety for self and others in assigned work areas.
15. Participate in company sponsored training as required.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of ISO 9001 or AS9100 Auditing experience. 
• Ability to work well with customers and division employees.
• Attention to detail.
• Mid-level Computer Skills.

Working Conditions: Office and factory environment; may encounter dirt, dust, oil, processing chemicals, and a large range of temperatures.

Physical Requirements:

• Considerable amount of walking.
• Climbing stairs daily.
• Able to sit at a desk for long intervals.

Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm, with a required 30-minute unpaid lunch. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Locate orders that are completed and package for shipping.
2. Prepare paperwork and route sheet for daily route.
3. Package orders and load truck.
4. Pick-up and deliver orders at customer locations, as required.
5. Perform daily vehicle inspections and fill out report.
6. Maintains a clean work area.
7. Assists Supervisor in training functions as directed.
8. Ensures security and proper use of company equipment, tooling, and supplies.
9. Adheres to all safety standards and procedures, and maintains an ongoing awareness of safety for self and others in assigned work areas.
10. Participates in company sponsored training as required.
11. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
12. Communicate with personnel at the hardness testers to verify if there are additional orders for them being checked before leaving.

Additional Responsibilities: Assist shipping personnel with phone calls and will call customers. Moving and load truck with a forklift. (Forklift Training provided). 

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Needs to be able to multitask and be organized. 
• Must be comfortable driving a box truck or cargo van. 

Working Conditions: Driving truck and factory environment may be exposed to dirt, grease, heat, cold and dust.

Physical Requirements:

• Must pass DOT physical.
• May need to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Required to wear safety shoes/boots.
